電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)是絕緣(yuan)體被電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)擊穿后,由(you)不(bu)(bu)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)變成導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)并(bing)發光發熱(re)的(de)(de)(de)自然現(xian)象(xiang),俗稱“打弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)”。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)具有突發性(xing)(xing)、隱(yin)蔽性(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)(he)隨機性(xing)(xing)。故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣線(xian)(xian)路中常(chang)見(jian)的(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)隱(yin)患,故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)發生在(zai)線(xian)(xian)路絕緣(yuan)不(bu)(bu)良或接(jie)觸不(bu)(bu)良處(chu),也可(ke)能發生在(zai)松(song)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)連(lian)接(jie)處(chu),以(yi)及老化或破損的(de)(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)路中和(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)線(xian)(xian)路的(de)(de)(de)連(lian)接(jie)處(chu)。故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)一般分為三(san)種,分別是串(chuan)聯電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)、并(bing)聯電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)和(he)(he)(he)對地電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣短(duan)路火災中,接(jie)地故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)性(xing)(xing)短(duan)路導(dao)致火災的(de)(de)(de)危險最大(da),因為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)具有很大(da)的(de)(de)(de)阻抗和(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降,它限制了故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,使過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流防護電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)能動(dong)(dong)作或不(bu)(bu)能及時動(dong)(dong)作來切斷(duan)(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,幾個安培電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)(de)局(ju)部高溫(wen)可(ke)高達(da)3000~4000℃,足以(yi)引燃附近的(de)(de)(de)可(ke)燃物(wu)質起火 。常(chang)見(jian)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路保(bao)護裝置(zhi)如漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護裝置(zhi)、過載保(bao)護裝置(zhi)、斷(duan)(duan)路器(qi)(qi)等,都(dou)無法對故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)進行有效的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)護。
故障(zhang)電弧(hu)斷(duan)路(lu)器的(de)工作原理(li)
故障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)斷路器(qi)檢測(ce)到故障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)弧(hu),經保護(hu)算法分析(xi),滿足保護(hu)特性時即觸發(fa)脫(tuo)扣。典型方式:檢測(ce)負載電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu),將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)信號(hao)放大(da)并傳送至電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)特性篩選器(qi),判定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)信號(hao)頻率是否大(da)于供(gong)電(dian)(dian)頻率并小于電(dian)(dian)力線通信頻率。篩選器(qi)輸出的信號(hao)與(yu)設(she)定的電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)門(men)檻值比較,大(da)于該電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)門(men)檻值時即加(jia)入累加(jia)器(qi)。故障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)斷路器(qi)定期檢查(cha)累加(jia)器(qi)的輸出,超過閾值時即觸發(fa)脫(tuo)扣。
